Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to or picked up in California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin.
If you are exempt, please click on the appropriate link below, fill in the form, print it and then email to "accounting" or fax to (866) 730-2443

- For Colorado, a valid sales tax license number must be provided
- For Florida, go to this website and follow directions given
- Indiana exemption certificate
- For Louisiana, go to this website, login, and apply for a certificate
- Michigan exemption certificate
- North Carolina exemption certificate
- New Jersey exemption certificate
- Texas exemption certificate
- Wisconsin exemption certificate
Make sure that the certificate is completely filled in including vendor info and your sales tax registration number.
For customers in or shipping to California, Florida, and Louisiana: in order to be tax exempt we must be provided with an exemption certificate from that specific state: California only accepts a California resale certificate; Florida only accepts a Florida resale certificate and so forth.

Once we have received and reviewed your certificate, we will set up your account so that you can process your order online without being charged sales tax. You can of course also place your order over phone, just call 866-855-HAUL (4285) and select option 1 for sales!
